Restorative Dental Services in the Greater Toronto Area

Restorative Dental Care for Children
Fillings
If a cavity isn’t treated, your child will eventually experience sensitivity and pain. Fortunately, dental fillings are a strong and reliable way to repair cavities and relieve discomfort, helping your child maintain a healthy bite and smile.
Crowns
A dental crown is a type of restoration that covers a tooth, restoring its shape and size while protecting it from further damage. Crowns are recommended when a tooth has extensive decay and a filling won't suffice.
Extractions
Your child might need a tooth extraction if the tooth is severely damaged from decay, injury, or gum disease and can’t be saved. In some cases, teeth are also removed to make space for orthodontic treatment.
Children's Emergency Dental Care
Kids have a way of getting into unexpected situations, and dental emergencies are no exception. When something sudden happens, you can count on us at Treehouse Dental Care. Our dentists provide emergency services to ensure your child's oral health is well cared for when it matters most.
Pulp Therapy for Children
Inside each tooth is the pulp, a soft core made up of blood vessels and nerves. Cavities and trauma to the tooth are the main reasons for children to undergo pulp therapy.
Vital pulp therapy is used in cases where the tooth’s pulp can be saved. The main purpose is to maintain and protect existing healthy pulp by removing the diseased pulp tissue from the inner chambers of tooth.
Non-vital pulp therapy is used when the entire pulp is diseased. The dentist will either clean your child's tooth out and restore it with a crown, or recommend extracting it.
